Our Companies

One parent brand behind three ways we show up for the organizations we serve — funding, financial protection, and everyday banking.

Dominion

Bridge funding for the gap between an awarded grant and the cash in hand — short-term capital so a compliance deadline or a payroll cycle never has to wait on a drawdown.

Pinacle Financial

Insurance, annuities, and credit repair for the leaders and staff behind every organization we serve — protecting the people carrying the mission, not just the mission's budget.

XO Bank

Everyday banking built around the same organizations Exousia already serves — accounts and treasury tools that understand a ministry's cash flow instead of fighting it.

Beyond the companies

The projects we run through the grants we win

These are projects Exousia has launched and continues to administer ourselves — the pass-through side of the grants we win, and a part of who we are that keeps growing.

  • Opening funding 2027

    Kingdom Builders Network

A hub for Oneness Pentecostal ministerial leaders in Children's and Youth ministries to trade ideas, strategies, and outreach learning, built on articles from 13 church participants. Funding opens in 2027 for additional churches to strengthen their own children's ministry programs.

  • 2025–2027

    Caring Cradle

The launch, implementation, and execution of up to 40 Caring Cradle parenting programs across Indiana, open to Oneness Pentecostal churches from 2025 through 2027.

  • Ongoing

    Kingdom Builders Exchange (KBX)

An online marketplace where ministries share ministerial resources with each other as digital downloads — a practical way for churches to draw on what other churches have already built.

Want to know who's behind these companies?

Same team, same standards, across every company and every grant-funded project above. Meet the people and the conviction that built Exousia in the first place.

Meet the people running them

Every company and project above is staffed by the same small team that handles your grant compliance work directly — no hand-off to a junior account manager.

One relationship, several ways to help

Curious how the companies work together?
