The people who carry the work

Every engagement is run by people who've sat on the other side of the compliance requirements they now help clients meet.

Want the story behind the people?

We didn't show up for one grant cycle and move on. Exousia formed around a shared conviction about how compliance work should be done — the same conviction behind every company we run. See where it comes from.

Two nonprofit leaders in warm conversation across a wooden table, one gesturing toward an open binder of grant compliance documents, morning light across stone and timber.

This team also runs three companies

Dominion, Pinacle Financial, and XO Bank aren't side projects — they're proof our compliance work holds up under real operating pressure, plus the grant-funded projects they help fund.

A stone building entrance with brass door hardware catching warm morning light, hairline-sharp shadows across the masonry facade.
