Terms and Conditions

Effective date: October 9, 2026

Acceptance of terms

These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your use of the exousiagroup.com website (the “Site”), which is operated by Exousia Ministries Inc (“Exousia,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By using the Site, submitting a form on it, or buying anything through it, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

If you are using the Site on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have the authority to accept these Terms for that organization.

Use of the site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes and in line with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • use the Site in a way that breaks any law or regulation;
  • submit information that is false, misleading, or belongs to someone else without their permission;
  • try to gain unauthorized access to the Site, our systems, or another person’s account;
  • interfere with or disrupt the Site, including through automated scraping, overloading, or introducing malicious code; or
  • use the Site to send spam or to solicit our staff or customers.

We may change, suspend, or remove any part of the Site at any time, and we may restrict access to anyone who misuses it.

Intellectual property

The Site and everything on it, including text, graphics, logos, the Exousia name, course and workshop materials, downloadable resources, and the design of the Site, belong to us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may view the Site and share links to it. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or sell any of its content without our written permission, except as this section allows.

When you buy a book, template, worksheet, course, or other resource from us, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for your own or your organization’s internal purposes. You may not resell, republish, or share it publicly, and you may not share course login details with others.

Information you send us through the Site stays yours. By sending it, you allow us to use it to respond to you, to provide the services you ask about, and to run our business.

Purchases and payments

Some products and services on the Site, such as workshops, resources, books, and coaching, can be bought online. Prices and descriptions are shown on the Site, and the price you pay is the one shown at checkout.

Payments are handled by Stripe, a third-party payment processor, through Stripe-hosted checkout pages. You enter your payment details on Stripe’s pages, not ours, and we never see or store your full card number. Your use of Stripe is subject to Stripe’s own terms and privacy policy, and Stripe emails you a receipt.

After you buy, we deliver what you bought in the way described at checkout or on the confirmation page. Depending on the product, that may mean a download link, a shipped book, or a workshop registration with join details sent closer to the date.

Products sold on subscription, such as monthly coaching, renew automatically until you cancel. The checkout page states the renewal terms, and the link in your Stripe receipt email lets you manage or cancel the subscription.

Refunds and cancellations

Refund, transfer, and cancellation terms can differ by product, and we state them at the point of sale so that you can read them before you pay.

If something is wrong with an order, or you did not receive what you bought, write to us at info@exousiagroup.com and we will work with you to put it right.

Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Content on the Site, including articles, courses, workshops, and resources, is for general informational and educational purposes. It is not legal, financial, tax, or other professional advice, and reading it does not create a professional or advisory relationship between you and us. Grant and funding programs, eligibility rules, and deadlines change often, so please confirm details with the funder before you rely on them.

No guarantee of results. We cannot and do not promise that any application will be funded or that any particular outcome will follow from using the Site, our resources, or our services. Any engagement for services is covered by its own agreement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Exousia and its owners, officers, employees, and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or funding opportunities, arising out of or connected with your use of the Site or anything you buy through it.

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim connected with the Site or a purchase is limited to the amount you paid us for the product or service that gave rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms, so please check back occasionally.
