Use your education and experience to impact the world.
Exousia Group hires people who want their work to land somewhere — a program that opens, a building that gets repaired, a family that gets served. If that's the career you're after, start here.
Open Roles
Where we're hiring right now.
We keep this list short and honest. When a seat is open it's listed here; when it isn't, we'd still like to meet you.
Media & Networking Intern
Internship · Part-time · Remote / Hybrid
For a creative who wants their design and storytelling work attached to something that matters. You'll help shape how Exousia shows up — on the page, on the feed, and in the room.
What you’d do
- Graphic design for print and digital
- Photography and videography on site and at events
- Podcast production and editing
- Website updates and page design
- Social media planning and publishing
- Community outreach and partner communication
- Collaboration with outside media partners
Administrative Support Intern
Internship · Part-time · Remote / Hybrid
For someone organized enough to keep a grant calendar honest. Administration is where funding is kept — reports filed, deadlines held, records ready long before anyone asks for them.
What you’d do
- Front office and day-to-day operations
- Event planning and logistics
- Executive assistance and calendar management
- Bookkeeping support and expense tracking
- Client communication and follow-up
- Networking and partner relations
Express your interest
Who tends to thrive here.
You don't need a grant-writing résumé. Most of our team came from adjacent work and learned the funding side on the job.
- Non-profit administration — you've kept a small organization running on a thin budget
- Education — you can teach a process, not just execute one
- Grant or technical writing — you can make a complicated case in plain language
- Ministry or community leadership — you know the world our clients live in
- Bookkeeping, finance, or compliance — you find the error before the auditor does
- Media, design, or communications — you make careful work legible to people who don't do it
How We Work
You'll learn the work beside someone who has already done it.
Nobody here is handed a federal application on day one and told to figure it out. New team members sit with senior staff through a full cycle — readiness, research, writing, submission, and the compliance year that follows — before they carry one alone.
It is slower than throwing people in. It is also why our clients keep their awards.

What Happens Next
How applying works.
Four steps, no black box. You will know where you stand at each one.
- 01
Send us your background
Tell us what you have worked on and which role you are after. A résumé helps; a paragraph about why this work interests you helps more.
- 02
A first conversation
Thirty minutes with the person you would report to — mostly questions about what you have actually done, and honest answers about what the role is.
- 03
A short work sample
A real, small piece of the job: a writing exercise, a document review, or a design brief. Scoped to an hour, not a weekend.
- 04
Decision and start date
You hear either way, with a reason. If it is a yes, we set a start date and pair you with the person you will learn from.
